Fumie Yamada executes the last Russian man held captive with what seems to be a Webley .455 Mk I in "The Immortal Sugimoto Harakiri Show".

Arisaka Type 30
The Arisaka Type 30 is seen with Imperial Japanese Army soldiers throughout the third season, including Saichi Sugimoto aka "Immortal Sugimoto" and soldiers of the 7th Infantry Division.
Berdan Rifle
The Berdan Rifle is seen with an Orok (aka Uilta) hunter in Sakhalin in "The Border". Sofia is seen with it when she engages Okrana forces in "Revolutionary".
Mosin Nagant M1891
The Mosin Nagant M1891 is seen with Imperial Russian Army (IRA) troops in Sakhalin and back in the Russo-Japanese War.
Murata Rifle
The Murata Rifle is once again used by Tanigaki as his main weapon. Tsukishima is likely seen with it in a flashback sequence in "Igogusa" since he said that he first saw action in China when he joined the Imperial Japanese Army. It's believed to be seen with an Ainu woman named Sophie in "Meko Oyasi".

The Winchester Model 1892 returns in the third season with Hijikata, which he uses it as his main weapon.
