The Getaway (2002)

The Getaway: Black Monday is an action-adventure video game developed by SCE London Studio for the PlayStation 2. It is the sequel to 2002's The Getaway.

The Getaway: Black Monday features a wider array of weapons than the first game, with most of them Russian in origin in order to fit in with the plot of the game.

The following weapons appear in the video game The Getaway: Black Monday:

Pistols

Glock 17

The Glock 17 returns from the first game, maintaining it's role as the most common weapon in the game, used by all factions including the police. It sometimes appears with a non-functional high capacity magazine (as the weapon still only fires 19 rounds before it needs to be reloaded).

It is Mitch's sidearm.

Note the high capacity magazine.

Desert Eagle

The Desert Eagle appears in-game and in a couple of cutscenes. However, like most weapons in Black Monday, the model and texture is of poor quality, making definite identification difficult.

Remington 870 (Sawed Off)

The Remington 870 appears in game, with wood furniture, a sawn down barrel and a pistol grip. Note: I thought at first that this could have been a Mossberg 500 cruiser, but I'm going off the location of the stock in proportion with the trigger.

Submachine Guns

Heckler & Koch MP5A3

The Specialist Operations (SO19) unit use Heckler & Koch MP5A3 submachine guns with the Navy trigger group in line with equipment issued in reality at the time. It is Mitch's primary weapon and can be dual wielded by Eddie.
