The Beretta 92FS is probably the most featured handgun of the show, mostly as the sidearm for the Camden County police dept. S1ep02: Donny Jones (Silas Weir Mitchell) steal a Beretta 92FS of a police officer and runs away with it. S2ep11: Diego (John Leguizamo) keeps dual Berettas, firing them akimbo at the end of the episode. Catalina's brother (Ray Santiago) is also seen with one 92FS when they bandits question a farmer. S2ep12: Officer Bobbi Bowman (Kathy Kinney) pulls out a Beretta 92FS when he spots Earl and Randy robbing a garage. S2ep20: Little Chubby (Norm MacDonald) also keeps a Beretta as his sidearm in "Two Balls, Two Strikes". S3ep07: Officer Bob Smiley's (George Frangides) uses a 92FS when arresting Earl and Randy for home invasion. Officer Stuart Daniels (Mike O'Malley) accidentally fires his 92FS at the carnival, and later at the trailer park. Officer Hoyne (Billy Gardell) is also seen with a Beretta during a chase. S3ep10: Frank (Michael Rapaport) pulls out a Model 19 Snubnose when he tries to recover his hidden stash from Joy's trailer. Ray-ray (D.J. S2ep12: A store worker holds a snubnose Smith & Wesson Model 66 on Earl and Randy when they try to rob the store.
S1ep17: A prison guard (Countrified Wedman) holds a Remington 870 when Earl tries to do a little voluntary government work in order to pay back the missed taxes. S3ep4: Randy (Ethan Suplee), Frank (Michael Rapaport) and Earl use Remington 870's in "The Frank Factor" while rehearsing the Indian Casino robbery. S3ep14: Sissy (Jane Lynch) fires a 870 when Randy and Joy rescue Earl from her house. S3ep22: Billie (Alyssa Milano) shoots at Earl with a 870 in Earl's nightmare.

S4ep4: Young Joe is seen with a Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk.III* during the Korean War. The rifle is probably a continuity error, as he was handling an M1 Garand earlier.

The SWAT team uses Colt M4A1 Carbines when they surround Earl's apartment.

S2ep10 & S2ep11: Diego's henchman (Emilio Rivera) and Catalina's brother (Ray Santiago) carry AKM rifles in Mexico.S4ep19: Several unnamed henchmen also use AKMs in "My Name is Alias". S4ep24: Green also keeps several AKM's in the back of his truck.

S4ep04: Joe (John Amos) is seen handling several Mk 2 hand grenades during the defense of his home. Later he accidentally removes the pin, and gives the grenade to Earl (Jason Lee) to "disarm" it.
Teargas Grenade
S1ep20: The SWAT throws a teargas grenade into Earl's apartment when he "kidnaps" Alby.

Advanced M26 Taser
S1ep09: In "Cost Dad the Election" Earl trows a bear can at Officer Bob Smiley's (George Frangides) car. The officer stops Joy's vehicle and pulls out an Advanced M26 Taser when Joy refuses to stay in the car. Four years later the same cop also uses the Taser against Earl. S1ep17: Officer Bob Smiley pulls out the Taser (again) when he sees Earl doing voluntary government work by fixing a hole in the road. This time Earl convinces him not to shoot. S4ep21: In "Witch Lady" another cop (Randy Brenner) also uses an M26 Taser to neutralize the "witch". That scene takes place in the 1980s, making the M26 Taser heavily anachronistic.
X26 Taser
S3ep09: Randy (Ethan Suplee) pulls out an X26 Taser during an argument with his brother about who is really in charge.
S3ep10: Randy (Ethan Suplee) uses a Bean Bag Launcher to stop Earl and to show him who is in charge between them.

S1ep23: In a flashback Young Earl (Noah Crawford) uses a Red Ryder BB Gun to shoot Young Gwen Waters in the butt. He cocks the lever several times, which would prove unnecessary due to its coiled spring action.

S1ep02: Earl (Jason Lee) uses a water gun to rob a quick store, but his attempt goes south when he accidentally fries the pistol. The water gun resembles a Smith & Wesson semiautomatic, but it does not appear to be a specific model.
