The rare [[PPD-40]] submachine guns appears in arms collect of Maj. Gen. Martin J. Hollister ([[Eddie Albert]]) in episode "Dead Weight" (S01E03). One of them is visible with a box magazine; this is doubly interesting since the real one was never issued with it. This is a seemingly modern makeover, with a new magazine (possibly from the [[MP40]]) loaded via an added adapter.
