Five for Hell (also known as Five Into Hell; original title Cinque per l'inferno) is a 1969 Italian war adventure movie directed by Gianfranco Parolini. During the battle for Gustav Line in late 1943 US Army Lt. Glenn Hoffmann (Gianni Garko) and four G.I.s are sent in a mission to steal German secret plans. Their opponent is a German officer Hans Mueller (Klaus Kinski).
The following weapons were used in the film Five for Hell:
Lt. Glenn Hoffmann (Gianni Garko), disguised as a German officer, carries a Luger P08. A suppressed Luger is used by Helga Richter (Margaret Lee) in one scene. German officers also carry Lugers but they are seen very blurry or holstered.
German soldiers carry MP40 submachine guns. In the final scene Obersturmbannführer Hans Mueller (Klaus Kinski) uses an MP40. MP40s are also used by G.I.s, disguised as Germans.
Most German soldiers carry Karabiner 98k rifles. They are also used by G.I.s, disguised as Germans, and stand for M1903 Springfield rifles in the opening scene of basic training of G.I.s.
An MG42 on tripod is used by G.I.s, disguised as Germans, during the training of Lt. Hoffmann's group. An MG42 on tripod is used by German soldiers. In the final scene Nick Amadori (Aldo Canti) fires it.
