The following guns were used in the movie Defiance
Note: One thing is noteworthy. Judging from the movie's trailer, many of the World War Two era weapons appear to be mint condition, which correct considering the time frame. However, people now rarely, if ever, see any of these famous weapons in this nice of a condition.
Double Barrel Shotgun
Zus keeps this shotgun for protection and uses it for the Bielski otriad's first battle.
MP40
Some german soldiers are equipped with this weapon. Tuvia Bielski (Daniel Craig) and his brother Zus (Liev Schreiber) use some captured ones.
Unknown SMG
Tuvia has an unknown SMG which changes from an MP40.

- I don't know what you're talking about, this looks like a perfectly normal MP40. And it doesn't appear to be brown, did they ever make a gun out of Bakelite??? - Gunmaster45
If you look closely, its the sling bound up in front of his thumb...
Walther P38
Tuvia (Daniel Craig) uses a Walther P38 as his sidearm. He gives it to Lilka (Alexa Davalos) to protect herself during her food mission. Asael also uses one to kill one German.
Anyway, what is the gun that Asael takes from the Germans on the Bielski otriad's first battle? I think it is a pistol...
Walther PP
Zus Bielski (Liev Schreiber) commandeers one from a German and uses it in the film.
Chamelot-Delvigne Model 1873
The first gun obtained by Tuvia Bielski from Koscik (Daniel Craig) is a French Chamelot-Delvigne Model 1873 revolver.
PPSh-41
Red Army soldiers are equipped with that weapon. At the end of the film, some partisans have it too, notably Asael Bielski (Jamie Bell).
Turkish Mauser M38
Zus (Liev Schreiber) is seen firing one early in the film as the refugees leave their first camp.
Mosin Nagant M91/30
Used by the Red Army soldiers and the Bielski partisans. During the nazi attack led by the milkman who gave the Nazi directions, the MP40 carried by Zus turns into a Mosin Nagant rifle when he shoots the milkman's arm.
Mosin Nagant M38 carbine
Used by Polish Police.
SVT40
One of Zus's men is equipped with it.
Degtyarev DP Machine Gun
Zus is using it during an ambush. Later in the film other partisans use it against German convoys.
Karabiner 98 (K98 Mauser)
Used by German Forces and some Bielski partisans in the film.
MG34
At the end of the film, a German machine gunner team is setting their MG34, mounting it on a tripod, but Tuvia (Daniel Craig) takes them out by behind and uses the machine gun against the German infantry. The tank which he shoots at, also has a MG34. Earlier, during the Red Army ambush, a German soldier shoots it from the truck.
Tokarev TT-33
During the Soviet ambush, Zus uses it to execute a German officer and a soldier. Near the end of the film, he shoots the tank commander with the Tokarev. Lilka's side arm is also a TT-33.
Model 24 Stielhandgrenate
A german hand grenade. But it is only used by the Bielski partisans during the film. Zus throws one under a German truck during the Red Army ambush and later throws one into a German tank. Near the end of the film, Isaac (Mark Feuerstein) attacks German soldiers with a bag of grenades.
