Izhora Battalion (original title Izhorskiy batalyon ) is a 1972 Soviet war movie directed by Gennadiy Kazanskiy. It depicts the story of a volunteer battalion, formed from the workers of Izhora Plant in Leningrad, and its participation in the Battle for Leningrad in Autumn-Winter 1941.

Armoured Car
Several armoured cars are seen in the film. They are specially build replicas of improvised armoured cars, nicknamed Brontosaurus , that were built on Izhora Plant in Autumn 1941. They were armed with a 45-mm tank gun and two Degtyaryov DT machine guns. The replica cars fire a main gun and two machine guns but it's impossible to say what real armament they carry.
