Detective Hieronymus "Harry" Bosch (Titus Welliver) now carries what appears to be SIG-Sauer 1911 TACOPS as his service weapon. The weapon used by Det. Bosch appears to be the now discontinued SIG-Sauer 1911TR TACOPS -model (TR stands for traditional) which has a "classic" 1911-type slide profile vs. the pictured "SIG-Sauer" type slide profile which is reminiscent of the P220/P226 -series of handguns. Bosch actor Titus Welliver also confirmed on Twitter before Season 6 premiered that Bosch now carries a SIG-Sauer 1911, though he didn't specify which model.
Glock 17
Bosch's partner, Detective Jerry "J. Edgar" Edgar (Jamie Hector) carries the Glock 17 as his service weapon. Other LAPD officers also armed with the Glock (The Glock 22 was previously the official department issue of the LAPD). FBI agents also carry the Glock.
