Carlos is a 2010 biographical drama about the career of notorious terrorist Ilich Ramirez Sanchez, better known as "Carlos the Jackal". Directed by Oliver Assayas and starring Edgar Ramirez in the titular role, Carlos was released as both a three-part, 540-minute television mini-series and as a shorter, 140-minute film.

Handguns
Walther PP
Mohammed Boudia, a Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) leader, tucks a Walther PP into his pants shortly before being killed by a Mossad bomb attack in the introduction.
Beretta M1934
Ilich Ramírez "Carlos the Jackal" Sánchez (Edgar Ramirez) uses a Beretta M1934 during a 1973 assassination attempt on British banker Joseph Sieff in revenge for Boudia's death, however, the gun jams on him.
CZ 50
While in Paris, Carlos carries a CZ 50 pistol, which he calls a "Vzor 50" when showing it off to his girlfriend. He later uses it to shoot his PFLP contact Michel Moukharbal (Fadi Abi Samra) and three Direction de la Surveillance du Territoire (DST) agents when Moukharbal betrays him. German terrorist Gabriele "Nada" Kröcher-Tiedemann (Julia Hummer) also uses a CZ 50 during a shootout with Swiss border guards in 1977.
Tokarev TT-33
Carlos also shows off a post-1947 version of Tokarev TT-33 to his girlfriend in Paris. Later, during the December 1975 raid on OPEC headquarters in Vienna, Nada (Julia Hummer) and Youssef (Zeid Hamdan) use Tokarevs of early version.
M1911A1
PFLP leader of external terrorist operations Wadie Haddad (Ahmaad Kaabour) threatens Carlos with a M1911A1 pistol after learning of Moukharbal's death. Japanese Red Army (JRA) terrorists also use a M1911A1 during their seizure of the French embassy in The Hague in September 1974.
Browning Hi-Power
Dutch police officers responding to the seizure of the French embassy are armed with Browning Hi-Powers. Carlos and Anis "Khalid" Naccache (Rodney El Haddad) also carry Hi-Powers as their sidearms during the 1975 OPEC raid.
Walther P38
Walther P38 pistols are among the weapons supplied by the Iraqi charge d'affaires for Carlos and his comrades to carry out the OPEC attack. Hans-Joachim "Angie" Klein (Christoph Bach) is also seen keeping a P38 for his personal protection when he decides to abandon the German revolutionary cells.
SIG P210
Carlos threatens a group of Hungarian agents with the SIG P210 after he catches them spying on him.
Beretta 92FS
An assassin uses a suppressed Beretta 92FS while attempting to kill a cleric.
Submachine Guns
Sa Vz.61 Skorpion
A JRA terrorist uses a Sa. Vz.61 Skorpion during the seizure of the French embassy in The Hague. A Skorpion is later seen among the assortment of weapons that the Iraqi charge d'affaires provides for Carlos to use in the OPEC raid.
Sten Mk. II
Another JRA terrorist wields a Sten Mk II. Angie also examines a Sten when Carlos shows him an arms cache.
MAT-49
MAT-49 submachine guns are used by French gendarmes, and later by Algerian soldiers when Carlos takes the hostages from the OPEC raid to Algiers.
Beretta M12
Iraqi-supplied Beretta M12 submachine guns are prominently used by Carlos and his comrades during the 1975 OPEC raid.
IMI Uzi
IMI Uzi SMGs are used by the Austrian Polizei officers who attempt to storm the OPEC headquarters, resulting in a firefight with the terrorists.

AKMS
AKMS rifles are seen throughout the series in the hands of various militants and security personnel.
M16A1
Carlos is seen stashing a M16A1 rifle in one scene.

PFLP terrorists use an East German-supplied RPG-7 launcher during their first attempt to attack an El-Al airliner at Paris-Orly Airport in January 1975.

In their second attempt to destroy an El-Al airliner, the PFLP terrorists use a RPG-2 launcher.
