A Glock 17 is used by Daniel Miller (Richard Armitage) in Season 2's premiere "Everything's Gonna Be Alt-Right" (S2E01). Otto Ganz (Thomas Kretschmann) uses it in "Right of Way" (S2E05) as his personal weapon.
Glock 26
The Glock 26 is seen with Daniel when he got it from the US Embassy in "The Righteous One" (S2E08). April Lewis (Keke Palmer) uses it as her sidearm.

What appears to be a Heckler & Koch P30 is used in "Right of Way" (S2E05).

The Heckler & Koch USP Compact appears to be used by by a hired assassin named Thomas Beitel in "The Righteous One" (S2E08).
