The following guns were used in the above movie by the following actors
M1928 Thompson SMG
Johnny Caspar's (Jon Polito) goons use Thompson SMGs when they attempt to assassinate Leo (Albert Finney). Leo seizes one and escapes, fighting off Caspar's thugs. This weapon appears throughout the film utilized by police officers and both Caspar and Leo's thugs.
Webley Mk VI
Eddie Dane (aka "The Dane") (J.E. Freeman) uses a .455 Webley Mark VI throughout the film.
Astra 600
The gun given to Tom Reagan (Gabriel Byrne) to kill Bernie Bernbaum (John Turturro) at Miller's Crossing is an Astra 400.
Colt New Service
This revolver appears throughout the film, in the hands of both the criminals and the police. Leo (Albert Finney) uses one during the attempted assassination. Leo's thugs drop them when killed by Eddie Dane (J.E. Freeman) and Tom (Gabriel Byrne) grabs for one off his nightstand before chasing after Bernie (John Turturro) later in the film.
Browning M1917
A Browning M1917 is used by the police during the battle at Leo's Sons of Erin club.
CZ-27
A CZ-27 is seen laying on a table at the beginning of the attempted assassination scene, presumably the weapon of Leo's deceased henchman.
Colt Detective Special
Verna (Marcia Gay Harden) accosts Tom Reagan (Gabriel Byrne) during a rainy night with one near the end of the film, but can't bring herself to use it.
Colt Model 1903
Johnny Caspar's (Jon Polito) personal weapon. Nickel plated with pearl grips, likely chambered in .32ACP.
Colt M1911
Bernie (John Turturro) uses one to kill Johnny Caspar (Jon Polito) as he ascends the stairs at the Barton Arms.
