The Heckler & Koch G36C and G36K are the most frequently used weapons in the series, they have been used by several henchmen, Torchwood soldiers and Captain Jack Harness (John Barrowman) throughout the three seasons of the show.
Heckler & Koch UMP9
The H&K UMP is used some of Henry Van Statten (Corey Johnson)'s mercenaries.
Thompson M1928
Brainwashed humans use Dalek-enhanced Thompson M1928 sub-machine guns in 1930 to kill Dalek Thay and Dalek Jast in the episode "Evolution of the Daleks."

The Paratroopers inside 10 Downing Street use Surefire tactical lights on their L85A2s.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
CO-19 members inside 10 Downing Street are armed with Heckler & Koch MP5A3s in the episodes "Aliens of London" and "World War Three". The MP5A3s are semi-automatic versions as it is downright illegal for the British Police to have fully-automatic weapons.
Webley "British Bulldog"
The Webley Bulldog is used by the Scots Guard Captain Reynolds (Jamie Sives) and is carried by Queen Victoria (Pauline Collins) in 1879 in the episode "Tooth and Claw".
Beretta M92FS
The Beretta M92FS is used by Jake Simmonds (Andrew Hayden-Smith) of the Preachers resistance group in a parallel universe in the episode "Rise of the Cybermen".
