When the Coast Guard sweeps the yacht outside the hotel they are armed with M16A2s.
Glock 17
Glock 17s are carried by Coast Guard and a Secret Service agent.
FGM-148 Javelin
Terrorist Assassins posing as recreational fishers on a speedboat reel in cases containing the FGM-148 Javelin's from the water and use it to blow up the politician's hotel room.
Beretta 92FS
The Hitman sent to kill Lisa's (Rachel McAdams) father was armed with a sound suppressed Beretta 92FS and fires at the windshield of Lisa's SUV before being run over. Lisa's Father (Brian Cox) later picks it up and uses it to shoot Jack Rippener (Cillian Murphy).

After Lisa runs off Rippner goes to the dead Hitman and takes his Ka-Bar next generation from it's scabbard.
