Colt Mk 12 cannon
The Colt Mk 12 cannon is mounted on the Greg Gates' A-4 Skyhawk. Shin's F-8 also equipped with the similar looking machine gun.

The Mirage F1 of the female mercenary Kitori Palvanaff was equipped with the DEFA cannon.

Japanese mercenary, named Shin Kazama uses Pontiac M39, mounted on his F-5.

Rebel's MiG-17s is equipped with the Nudelman-Rikhter NR-23 machine guns. The twin Nudelman-Rikhter NR-23 machine guns is seen mounted on the rebel's cargo plane at the "Shin & Makoto - Finder of a Blue Sky" (Ep. 03).

The Nudelman N-37 is also mounted on rebel's MiG-17s.
Gryazev-Shipunov GSh-23
Numerous rebel's MiG-21s is seen equipped with the Gryazev-Shipunov GSh-23 machine guns.
