Luger P08
A Luger P08 is Lieutenant von Schletow's (Julian Garner) sidearm which is surrendered to Joe Gunn (James Belushi) after his plane is shot down. This gun is never fired in the film.

Walther P38
A Walther P38 is the sidearm of Major Hans von Falken (Alexander Petersons), a German commanding officer. He uses it to execute Bergman (Mark Gerber), a soldier who gave up information about German forces. Submachine Guns
M1928A1 Thompson
M1928A1 Thompson submachine guns are carried by Master Sergeant Joe Gunn (James Belushi), Jimmy Doyle (Mark Lee), Waco Hoyt (Paul Empson) and Osmond Bates (Alan David Lee). M/Sgt. Gunn and Bates use them until they run dry, Jimmy gets shot by German soldiers while firing it, and Waco never fires his.

Many of German soldiers carry MP40s along with Karabiner 98ks, notably Sergeant Kraus (Claus Dyson) who leads the advance party. Some Allied soldiers—Bates (Alan David Lee), Sergeant-Major Tambul (Robert Wisdom), Waco (Paul Empson)—also use captured MP40s against German soldiers when their original weapons run dry. Most notably M/Sgt. Gunn (James Belushi) uses one at the end of the film but stops firing when German soldiers trade their guns for water.

Machine Guns
Browning M1919A4
Dismounted from the tank, a Browning M1919A4 contributed a lot in the fight against the Germans. While mostly used by Tambul (Robert Wisdom), it is later used by M/Sgt. Gunn (James Belushi). Bren Mk I
The Bren light machine gun is carried by two British soldiers—Casey (William Upjohn) and Marty Williams (Simon Westaway)—who use them against German soldiers. After they die, one of the Brens is used by Bates (Alan David Lee) to repel the second German attack. The Bren was the British army's main light machine gun in WW2.
