Dawn is a 1933 German movie directed by Gustav Ucicky. During the First World War, the submarine of Lieutenant Liers and his men struck again to damage the English fleet. After the destruction of an English cruiser, the German submarine falls into a trap, is itself damaged and sinks. Together with nine crew members, Liers is stuck in the depths. This film was filmed in the last years of the Weimar Republic and published in the Third Reich.
