The Beretta 92FS is seen used by several characters, including Eprius mercenary Jost Van Der Byl (Arnold Vosloo) and James Greer (Wendell Pierce).
Beretta 92FS Centurion
In "Cargo" (S2E01), DSS agents appear to be armed with the Beretta 92FS Centurion pistols during an ambush.
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is seen with various characters in the season including Jack Ryan (John Krasinski), Matice (John Hoogenakker), Mike November (Michael Kelly), and James Greer (Wendell Pierce).
Heckler & Koch USP Compact Tactical
Max uses what appears to be a H&K USP Compact Tactical as well.

The Smith & Wesson 659 is used by Jack during a confrontation with Max in "Blue Gold" (S2E05).

What seem to be Heckler & Koch HK416 carbines are seen with US Marine Corp personnel.
M4A1 Carbine
The M4A1 Carbine is carried by Jack as well as CIA Special Activities Center operators Coyote and Disco (Victor Rasuk) with Marcus Bishop (Jovan Adepo) using it near the end of the season. The rifles are equipped with EOTech sights, foregrips, FAB Defense buttstocks and FAB Defense magwell grips.
AK rifle
An AK rifle is seen with a Fuerzas Armada de Liberacion camp in "Tertia Optia" (S2E02).
AKMSU
An "AKMSU" is seen with one Eprius mercenary in "Dios y Federacion" (S2E07).
Colt Model 933
Mateos Bastos (Eduar Salas) uses a Colt Model 933 while working with the Venezuelan Army on anti-guerrilla ops.
Colt Model 733
Matisse and Mike use Colt Model 733 with a foregrip, Aimpoint red dot sight and FAB Defense buttstock during the season. Jack uses one that's fitted with a mock XM177 style muzzle device.
FN FNC
The FN FNC is seen briefly with BNP officers reinforcing Presidential Honor Guard forces inside the grounds of the Miraflores in "Strongman" (S2E08).
IMI Galil AR
The IMI Galil AR is the main rifle used by Venezuelan forces in addition to most Eprius mercenaries. Bishop also uses it briefly in "Persona Non Grata" (S2E06). Since the South American scenes are shot in Colombia, the armorers are able to access the Galils.
SIG-Sauer MCX
The SIG-Sauer MCX is used by SCO19 CTSFO operators in "Dressed to Kill" (S2E04).
SA Vz.58 Tactical
A SA Vz.58 Tactical is seen with some Venezuelan Army soldiers in "Strongman" (S2E08).
SIG SG 551
The SIG SG 551 is seen with some Venezuelan Army soldiers in "Strongman" (S2E08).
Battle Rifles
Galil 7.62
A Galil 7.62 is seen with some Venezuelan soldiers. Since parts of the season were shot in Colombia, the armorers have access to Indumil or IMI-made Galils.
Muzzleloaders
Brown Bess Flintlock Musket
What seems to be a Brown Bess Flintlock Musket is used by the Presidential Honor Guard on guard duty inside and out the Miraflores Palace.
Sniper Rifles
AR-15 Variant
Max uses a suppressed AR-15-type sniper rifle in Season 2's premiere "Cargo" (S2E01). The rifle also has a FAB Defense magwell grip and a lower receiver that is marked "SR-16 M4", which suggests that the rifle may be an airsoft replica.
Remington M24
A Remington M24 is seen with SCO19 snipers in downtown London in "Dressed to Kill" (S2E04), which is unusual since they're not known to use it as their standard sniper rifle.

The Browning M3 is seen mounted on a Venezuelan Army vehicles.
M240D
M240D machine guns with spade grips are seen mounted on US military Black Hawks.
FN M249
The M249 is seen mounted as a door gun on a Black Hawk when Jack, Mike and the SAC element raid Miraflores near the end of "Strongman" (S2E08).
