Zdraviya zhelayu! ili Beshenyy dembel is a Soviet 1990 military comedy directed by Yuri Volkogon. A Soviet Army conscript soldier Mitya Agafonov (Anton Androsov) strictly follows the letter of all military regulations that confounds his commanders.

Note: the original title hardly can be translated. Its literal meaning is "I wish you health! or Mad demob", but such translation is far from real meaning. The first part of the title, "Zdraviya zhelayu!", is a traditional Russian military greeting from junior to senior. "Dembel" is army slang for a conscript soldier who has less than a hundred days before resigning from the army; such soldiers usually have informal power over their comrades with less stage of service.

The following weapons were used in the film Zdraviya zhelayu! ili Beshenyy dembel:

Pistols

Makarov PM

Capt. Bodrov (Mikhail Kononov), the commander of "Object Baza", holds a Makarov PM in one scene. Praporshchik (Warrant Officer) Tucha (Viktor Ilyichyov) carries a PM holster.
