The Good Sherpherd is a 2006 spy drama directed by Robert De Niro and starring Matt Damon as CIA officer Edward Wilson. Loosely based on actual events, the film follows Wilson from his college days at Yale to his participation in the birth of counter-intelligence in the Central Intelligence Agency. The cast includes Timothy Hutton, Angelina Jolie and Robert De Niro.
