I Dutifully Report (Poslusne hlasim) is a 1958 Czechoslovak comedy movie, a screen adaptation of the famous Czech novel by Jaroslav Hasek, directed by Karel Stekly and starring Rudolf Hrusínský. The movie is based on the second, third and fourth parts, following The Good Soldier Schweik (Dobrý voják Švejk), released in 1957.
The following weapons were used in the film I Dutifully Report (Poslušně hlásím):
Pistols
Unidentified pistols
Most officers of Austro-Hungarian army, including Oberleutnant Lukáš (Svatopluk Beneš), Capt. Ságner (Otto Hradecký), Lt. Dub (Frantisek Filipovský), carry compact pistols in holsters. Only small parts of grips, often with lanyard rings, can be seen. The shape, size and color of these holsters match Wehrmacht-issued holsters for Czech CZ 27 pistols (P.27(t) on German service), so the pistols are likely CZ 27s or maybe earlier CZ 24s that has nearly same size. Only small parts of pistol grips are seen, some fitted with lanyard rings.
In the scene when Švejk dresses in Russian uniform and is captured by Austrians, one of the cavalrymen draws a pistol that is seen too unclear for identification.
Rifles
Mannlicher M1895
Many Austro-Hungarian soldiers, including Josef Švejk (Rudolf Hrusínský), carry Mannlicher M1895 rifles.
Mannlicher M1895 Carbine
Austro-Hungarian gendarmes (Fanda Mrázek and Antonín Sura) and several soldiers carry Mannlicher M1895 carbines. The front sights are fitted with protectors that is a sign of 1930 Austrian or Czech modification.
Mannlicher M1895 Short Rifle
When the gendarme (Fanda Mrázek), escorting Švejk, gets drunk, Švejk takes his rifle. The gun switches from previously seen Mannlicher M1895 carbine to another model of Mannlicher 95, longer than carbine but shorter than full-lenght rifle. Like a carbine, it has front sight with protectors.
Shotguns
Double Barreled Shotgun
A Double Barreled Shotgun is seen in the apartments of Gendarmes Wachtmeister (NCO) Flanderka (Jaroslav Marvan).
Trivia
Holsters
Some officers and NCOs, including Feldwebel Vanek (Josef Hlinomaz), carry holsters for Rast-Gasser M1898 revolvers. Unlike abovementioned holsters for CZ 27 pistols, they appear to be flat and empty.
A Gendarme (Fanda Mrázek) carries a black leather holster for large military pistol.
Artillery
Some field artillery piecies are seen.
