First seen used in Episode 425 by one of the mercenary sniper pairs in an attempt to assasinate a politician,then again when the Org engages in a sniper duel with one of the FBI agents,the agent being capable to put a bullet through the M24's scope much like Carlos Hathcock did in Vietnam,missing the Organization's high-ranking personnel in the eye by mere centimetres when he looked through the scope
