From this shot, it resembles the Glock 26 except that the trigger guard is round.
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is seen in "Chaos" with Motoharu Tsukimikado, which he uses to shoot at Monaka Oyafune. One is seen with the corpse of a pro-BLOCK mercenary in "Teitoku Kakine (Dark Matter)". An anti-British French terrorist is seen with one in the cargo hold of a passenger jet in "Sky Bus 365". Etzali aka Mitsuki Unabara uses it while with GROUP, first seen in "Spark Signal". The Dark Side group Spark Signal appears to use them as their main sidearm. Mercenary freelancer Stephanie Gorgeouspalace uses one in "DRAGON" before Saiai Kinuhata knocks her down.
The IMI Desert Eagle is seen with Hamazura as his sidearm, first seen in "The Governing Board". Sugitani appears to use it as his sidearm, first seen in "DRAGON".
The IMI Uzi is seen with a SCHOOL agent attacking an ITEM-owned Private Saloon in "Super-espers". Spark Signal operators are seen with it in "The Governing Board".
What seems to be an AK-47 is seen in "Teitoku Kakine (Dark Matter)" with some BLOCK mercenaries. Reformed Hound Dog commandos use them in the hunt for Hamazura and Rikou Takitsubo in "DRAGON".
What is suppose to be the AK-74 is seen with armed Russian men working for Elizalina in "The Alliance of Independent Nations".
Error creating thumbnail: File missingBulgarian manufactured AK-74 - 5.45x39mm.Error creating thumbnail: File missingArmed men greet Touma and Lessa when he shows up in Russia in "The Alliance of Independent Nations". Note that the muzzle brake is animated very differently, not to mention that the fire selector is way too absurd that it appears to be some kind of rubber band-like object.
Bullpup Assault Rifle
The bullpup assault rifle is used by BLOCK mercenaries in "The Dark Side of Academy City".
The FN FAL is seen with armed soldiers in civilian clothes in "Misaka Worst".

It would make sense for them to use at least AK-47s/AK-74s.
Machine Guns
Browning M2HB
What appears to be a Type 10 MBT is on display at a Academy City weapons trade show in "Chaos".
Error creating thumbnail: File missingBrowning M2HB - .50 BMGError creating thumbnail: File missingThe Type 10 MBT on display in "Chaos". The M2HB would be mounted on top, although the shape of the muzzle makes it appear to be a Barrett-type rifle.Error creating thumbnail: File missingThe M2HB mounted on top of what seems to be a 2K22 Tunguska, except that it has four autocannons in "Misaka Worst". A Russian-manned SPAAG wouldn't use a Western-made machine gun.
FN M249E2 SAW
What seems to be a FN M249E2 SAW is seen with a Spark Signal operator in "Spark Signal", presumably being the group's main LMG of choice.
A FN Minimi Para is seen with Stephanie as her main weapon when she arrives in Academy City.

Note the Elcan scope on the upper receiver and what appears to be an axe blade-type attachment folded below the barrel.
GIAT M621
The GIAT M621 is seen mounted on a HsAFH-11 static display on display at a Academy City weapons trade show in "Chaos". They're used by actual HsAFH-11 gunships in "The Dark Side of Academy City".
A high-tech custom sniper rifle known as the MSR-001 is used in "The Dark Side of Academy City" by SCHOOL-recruited mercenary Chimitsu Sunazara in an attempt to assassinate a VIP.
A M26 hand grenade is seen in "Spark Signal" with a SS operator.
