Rifles
Remington Model 700
Mick Taylor (John Jarratt) carries the Remington Model 700 rifle. His has a custom stock, and it's likely chambered in .308 Winchester.
Short Magazine Lee-Enfield (SMLE)
Jack (Gerard Kennedy) owns the Short Magazine Lee-Enfield (SMLE) rifle, apparently a No.1 Mk.III variant circa WWI. This rifle was later taken and then used by Mick. Mick mentioned that he wore down five bolts on a ".303" back when he was a jackaroo in the first movie, so it's likely that he had experience with the Lee-Enfield.
Shotguns
12 Gauge Single Barreled Shotgun
Jack (Gerard Kennedy) also owns the Single Barreled Shotgun with a single action trigger. The exact model is unclear.
