The Pretty Man (Krasavets-muzhchina) is a 1978 Soviet made for TV two-part comedy musical movie directed by Margarita Mikaelyan and based on the play by Aleksandr Ostrovsky. A landowner Apollon Yevgenyevich Okoyomov (Oleg Tabakov) gets into debts after a card play. His only chance to improve his finances is a marriage on rich woman Martyona Oboldueva. But Okoyomov is already married, and according to the laws of that time, he will get a divorce only if he convicts his wife of infidelity.
The following weapons were used in the film The Pretty Man (Krasavets-muzhchina):
Lefaucheux Model 1854
In one scene Apollon Yevgenyevich Okoyomov (Oleg Tabakov) holds a Lefaucheux Model 1854 revolver. This prop, identified by the lack of the ejector rod, is seen in several other Soviet movies and TV series, produced by Tsentralnoye Televideniye (Central Television) and Studio Ekran, like Sobaka Baskerviley.
