RE: AK variants in Hitman
For starters, these two rifles are clearly fictional. The shape of the first one, the "RS-15", resembles an AK-9, but with the depiction of an AKMS-like underfolding stock, as well as a custom handguard and pistol grip. It also has a ribbed receiver cover, like some weapons such as the AKS-74U and the AKM (in contrast to the AK-9, which has a smooth cover). Finally, the magazine is similar to that of the 5.56x45mm versions of the Bulgarian Arsenal AR (but straighter than them).
For the rifle in Hitman 2, it's much more complex; I honestly have no idea about it (interestingly, it vaguely reminded me of the "U-39 Plechovka" from Just Cause 3 mentioned there). You should probably ask somebody else about this one; for reference, there's a higher resolution image of it there, and with the correct view of the weapon (the last image that you linked was flipped).
