John Bryson (1923-2005) was an American actor/photographer who was cast in three films directed by [[Sam Peckinpah]], including ''[[Getaway, The (1972)|The Getaway]]'', ''[[Convoy]]'' and ''[[The Osterman Weekend]]''. He began his career as a photographer for ''Life'' magazine, but would later contribute independently to such publications as ''Look'' and ''Holiday''. Among his best-known photographs was of artist Salvador Dali wearing a crown made of sausages. He would also photograph many well known celebrities, including [[Robert Redford]], [[Paul Newman]], [[Frank Sinatra]], [[Steve McQueen]], [[John Wayne]], Elizabeth Taylor, [[Clint Eastwood]], [[Jason Robards]] in addition to President John F. Kennedy and his brother Robert Kennedy.
