The following weapons were used in the film Blade II:
MAC-10
In the beginning of the film, Blade (Wesley Snipes) uses a heavily modified MAC-10 to dispatch several vampires.
Heckler & Koch USP Match
A new addition to Blade's (Wesley Snipes) arsenal are a pair of H&K USP Matchs modified with laser sights, and a rail like attachment.
Beretta 92FS
Reinhardt (Ron Perlman) uses two Beretta 92FS handguns heavily customized with huge blades at the bottom of the barrels, and laser sights as his sidearms. Whistler (Kris Kristofferson) also commandeers one of these weapons at the end of the film, and uses it to destroy a container filled with embryos at the research facility. Two of the vampires that Blade (Wesley Snipes) kills in the beginning of the film are armed with normal Beretta 92FS handguns.
M16A3
Chupa (Matt Schulze) is armed with an M16A3 assault rifle fitted with a tactical flashlight. It is first seen fitted with two 90 round magazines coupled together, while they are in the night club, and then with a standard 30 round magazine when they are in the sewers.
Remington 870
Reinhardt (Ron Perlman) uses a Remington 870 shotgun modified to fire silver stakes as well as regular ammunition as his weapon.
M4A1 Carbine
Asad's (Danny John-Jules) weapon is an M4A1 carbine fitted with an M203 grenade launcher. Whistler (Kris Kristofferson) also wields an M4A1 carbine fitted with a scope and Surefire M500AB tactical flashlight in the foregrip when they first meet the Bloodpack.

An M203 grenade launcher is mounted on Asad's (Danny John-Jules) M4A1 carbine.
Heckler & Koch MP5K
Verlaine (Marit Velle Kile) is armed with a H&K MP5K. Whistler (Kris Kristofferson) also carries a H&K MP5K while in the sewers.
Skoprion SA
Nyssa (Leonor Varela) can often be see wielding two Skoprion SAs.
Heckler & Koch PSG-1
While outside of the nightclub, Whistler (Kris Kristofferson) can be seen armed with a Heckler & Koch PSG-1 sniper rifle on a nearby roof.
Desert Eagle
Chupa (Matt Schulze) carries a Desert Eagle as his Sidearm. Scud (Norman Reedus) also wields two Desert Eagles outside of the nightclub.
Colt Double Eagle
Priest (Tony Curran) carries a Colt Double Eagle as his sidearm.
Heckler & Koch Mk 23 Mod 0
Lighthammer (Daz Crawford) carries a H&K Mk 23 Mod 0 as his sidearm.
Glock 17
In the beginning of the film, a blood bank security guard shoots Jared Nomak (Luke Goss) in the back several times with a Glock 17.
Heckler & Koch G36K
Many of the guards at the research facility at the end of the film are armed with Heckler & Koch G36Ks.
FN P90
Several of the guards at the research facility at the end of the film are armed with FN P90s.
