Leland holds the revolver in Season 4's premiere "What's Your Story?" (S4E01).
My guess would be a S&W Model 60 with a 3" barrel and adjustable sights like this one:

Smith & Wesson Model 60 - .38 Special / .357 Magnum. Note the updates to the revolver: the extended ejector rod shroud, the blade front sights and adjustable rear sights and new style cylinder release latch.
