Crimson Colour of the Snowfall (Bagrovy Tsvet Snegopada) is a 2010 Russian drama movie directed by Vladimir Motyl (Zhenya, Zhenechka and "katyusha", White Sun of the Desert). The story depicts the life of young Russian woman of noble family through WW1, Russian revolution and Civil war and emigration.
The following weapons were used in the film Crimson Colour of the Snowfall (Bagrovy Tsvet Snegopada):
Handguns
Nagant M1895 Revolver
Nagant M1895 revolvers are used by Russian officers and NCOs.
Mauser C96 Pistol
In the opening scene, that takes place in winter 1916, a Austro-Hungarian officer (Evgeni Mundum) fires a Mauser C96 pistol. In another scene, that takes place in 1926, Trofim Krjazhnyh (Aleksandr Tsurkan) shows his nickel plated Mauser C96 to Ksenia Gerstel (Daniela Stoyanovich).
Browning Hi-Power
During the scene in Siberia in 1917 Rostislav Batorsky (Mikhail Filippov) carries a "Pre-1973" version of Browning Hi-Power (a highly anachronistical firearm) until he is disarmed by young Trofim Krjazhnyh (Aleksandr Vasilevsky). In 1926 Ksenia Gerstel (Daniela Stoyanovich) uses another Hi-Power, of original Belgian model.
Unidentified pistol
In one scene Ksenia Gerstel (Daniela Stoyanovich) briefly holds a pistol. It isn't seen clear but its general shape allows to make a guess that it is a Star Model I or IN pistol.
Rifles
Mosin Nagant M1891/30
Mosin Nagant M1891/30 rifles (standing for original M1891s) are seen in hands of Russian soldiers in 1916 and various characters during the Russian revolution.
Mosin Nagant M1938 Carbine
Anachronistical Mosin Nagant M1938 Carbines are seen in several scenes.
Mauser Style Rifle
Mauser style rifles are carried by German and Austro-Hungarian soldiers during the WW1.
Other Weapons
Hand Grenade
In the opening scene stick hand grenades are used by Austro-Hungarian soldiers. They appear to be mockups, resembling German Model 24 Stielhandgranates.
