Waco is a 2018 limited event series that focuses on the events surrounding the infamous 1993 raid and subsequent standoff between the ATF and the Branch Davidian sect led by David Koresh (portrayed here by Taylor Kitsch) at their compound in Waco, Texas. The limited series, which premiered in the US in January of 2018, was one of the very first to debut on the newly formed Paramount Network.
The following weapons were used in the miniseries Waco (TV Series):

An FBI HRT sniper Lon Horiuchi (Rich Ting) used Remington 700PSS rifle in an attempt to kill Randy Weaver at Ruby Ridge. The scope attached on a picatinny rail would make this rifle partly anachronistic.
In "Visions and Omens" (S1E01), a recruitment poster of presumably an ATF agent armed with what appears to be an anachronistic customized M4A1 that is fitted an assortment of accessories that also didnot exist in the time period.
While at Mount Carmel, Koresh is seen with a variety of weapons in his armory. There's an assorted different types of guns from lever actions, M16A2s, SKSs, Mosin Nagants, etc
