Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials is the second installment in The Maze Runner film franchise based on the book series written by James Dashner. Adapted from the second novel, the 2015 sequel follows Thomas (Dylan O'Brien) and the surviving Gladers as they attempt to escape the clutches of the WCKD (World Catastrophe Killzone Department). The film would be followed in 2018 with the third installment: Maze Runner: The Death Cure.

Handguns
Salient Arms International Glock 34
Janson (Aidan Gillen) appears to use a Salient Arms International Glock 34 pistol.
M1911A1
Vince (Barry Pepper) carries what appears to be an M1911A1 pistol as his sidearm. Frypan also uses one when WCKD attacks the Right Arm Camp.
Smith & Wesson Schofield
Jorge (Giancarlo Esposito) uses what appears to be a Smith & Wesson Schofield revolver taken from a cabinet of guns.
Smith & Wesson Model 19
When Jorge (Giancarlo Esposito) goes to his cabinet of guns, a Smith & Wesson Model 19 revolver is visible among others.
Heckler & Koch P30
When the Gladers are escaping the WCKD compound Winston takes a Heckler & Koch P30 off of a knocked out guard and continues to uses it against the cranks at the mall.
Taurus Raging Judge Ultra-Lite
When Jorge (Giancarlo Esposito) goes to his cabinet of guns, a Taurus Raging Judge revolver is visible among others.
Unknown Handgun
When WCKD invades Jorge compound's when Brenda and Thomas try to escape Brenda uses a handgun against incoming WCKD Soldiers.
Unknown Revolver
When Thoms goes to Marcus party to find his friends one of the party goers pulls out a revolver and shoots the crank they have tied up.

Salient Arms International GRY Rifle
Several soldiers of the WCKD (World Catastrophe Killzone Department) are seen using the Salient Arms International Tier One AR-15.
M4A1 Carbine
In a flashback, WCKD soldiers appear to be armed with M4A1 Carbines.
Heckler & Koch G36C
Other WCKD soldiers are armed with the Heckler & Koch G36C.
Norinco QBZ-95
WCKD soldiers appear to be armed with the Norinco QBZ-95 rifle.
Winchester Model 70
Thomas (Dylan O'Brien) is seen with a Winchester Model 70 slung over his back near the end of the film. Other survivors are also seen with the rifle.
Shotguns
Remington 870
A Remington 870 with a curved pistol grip is used by Vince (Barry Pepper)..
Kel-Tec KSG
Several WCKD soldiers are armed with the Kel-Tec KSG shotgun. This weapon is used to fire Taser-like rounds. During an escape attempt, Thomas (Dylan O'Brien) takes up the weapon.
Double Barreled Shotgun (Sawed Off)
When the Gladers are escaping Jorge's Compound the man who sold them out to WCKD Barkly holds a Sawed off Double Barrel Shotgun on them.
Submachine Guns
TDI Vector
A TDI Vector is used by a WCKD soldier.
Machine Guns
Browning M2HB Heavy Machine Gun
.50 Caliber Browning M2 HB machine guns are seen mounted on technical vehicles and is used by Vince (Barry Pepper).
