Malcolm X is the 1992 biographical film directed by Spike Lee and starring Denzel Washington as the controversial black civil rights leader. The cast included Angela Bassett, Giancarlo Esposito, Delroy Lindo and Al Freeman Jr. in addition to Spike Lee in a supporting role.

After receiving threats, Malcolm (Denzel Washington) is seen keeping watch over his home while armed with an M2 Carbine.
Handguns
Colt M1911
A few moments later, right before the firebombing of his house, Malcolm takes out a Colt M1911 and draws the slide back. Another one is used by Thomas Hayer (Giancarlo Esposito) to assassinate Malcolm X.
Luger P08
A Luger P08 pistol is seen being used by one of the assassins to assassinate Malcolm X.
Smith & Wesson Model 10
Three Smith & Wesson Model 10 revolvers are seen on the table where Malcolm's assassins are seen preparing for his assassination.
Colt Official Police
A nickel-plated Colt Official Police revolver is seen on the table where Malcolm's assassins are seen preparing for his assassination.
Smith & Wesson Model 14
When the house of the Littles (Malcolm X's Birth name) is firebombed by the KKK, Earl Little (Malcolm's father) is seen with a long barreled revolver with what looks like target sights. He fires the revolver at KKK members. The revolver looks like a Smith & Wesson Model 14, bt it is still up for debate.
Smith & Wesson Model 36
Malcolm X (at the time, Malcolm "Red" Little) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 36 to play Russian roulette with Rudy (Roger Guenveur Smith).
Walther Model 4
West Indian Archie (Delroy Lindo) gives Malcolm X (At the time, Malcolm "Red" Little) a Walther Model 4. West Indian Archie refers to it as his first gun. One is also seen on the table of guns.
