Edward Elric lives in Munich in this world in 1923. Without his alchemical abilities and Automail prostheses instead of his right arm and left leg, he experiments with Alfons Heiderich on the construction of rockets.
At a folk festival, where the rockets are to be demonstrated, he meets a gypsy, Noah, and helps her. He then becomes involved in a conspiracy of the Thule Society , which seeks to create a path between this world and that of Edward with the help of alchemy. Edward's world, which Dietlinde Eckhart of the Thule Society holds for the legendary "Shamballa ", will then be conquered.
