:The wiki for Shinji Mikami Tensey (the story of the man who never relaxed) says it's a one-episode OVA. Really short OVAs aren't hugely unprecedented, you have things like ''Blood: The Last Vampire'' which is only 45 minutes long. I think the No Short Films rule is more supposed to protect us from student film projects and stuff that's only shown at film festivals. - The wiki for Shinji Mikami Tensey (the story of the man who never relaxed) says it's a one-episode OVA. Really short OVAs aren't hugely unprecedented, you have things like Blood: The Last Vampire which is only 45 minutes long.
