BrainBread 2 is a 2016 zombie survival horror game produced by Reperio Studios that is a sequel to the 2007 BrainBread. It is Source-based and the early release went out July 20, 2016 via Steam. The following weapons are seen in the game.

The MAC-11 (.380 ACP) is a common submachine gun in-game. It is incorrectly shown as firing from a closed bolt, rather than the correct open-bolt operation.
Shotguns
Remington 870
The Remington 870 is the standard pump-action shotgun in game.
Sawed-Off Shotgun
A Sawed-off Double Barrel Shotgun is available in the game. The primary-fire button discharges one barrel, the alt-fire button fires the other, and both can be depressed at the same time to discharge both barrels.
