Pistols
Colt M1911A1
In “Day of the Moon”, USAF soldiers stationed at Area 51 circa 1969, including Staff-Sergeant Ishem (Tommy Campbell), carry blue finish M1911A1’s as their sidearms.
Glock 26 Advance
The fictional Glock 26 Advance (an airsoft pistol designed by Tokyo Marui) is carried by some Church Marines as their sidearm in “A Good Man Goes To War”. The pistol has a built in compensator and extended magazine with grip.
SIG P226
In "A Good Man Goes To War", Captain Harcourt (Richard Tinder) is seen armed with a SIG P226 during the Battle of Zaruthstra in 4047 AD.
Luger P08
In “Let’s Kill Hitler”, German Wehrmacht soldiers stationed in Berlin 1938 carry the Luger P08 as their sidearm.
Jericho 941 F
In "Let's Kill Hitler", Mels (Nina Toussaint-White) pulls a stainless Jericho 941 F on The Doctor (Matt Smith) and uses it to shoot at the TARDIS' controls. The Doctor later takes it from her. She later attempts to use it once she has regenerated into River Song (Alex Kingston).
Tokyo Marui Airsoft Hi-Capa 4.3
In “A Good Man Goes To War”, several Church Marines, including Colonel Manton (Danny Sapani) are seen carrying modified versions of the Hi-Capa as their sidearms. Amy Pond (Karen Gillan) and Rory Williams (Arthur Darvill) later handle them in the same episode. In “The Wedding of River Song”, guards at Area 52, including the alternate version of Rory Williams (Arthur Davrill), also carry them. The airsoft gun presumably is used as a stand in for the real life STI Edge or similar firearms.
.
Revolvers
Colt Single Action Army (Nickel)
A Nickel plated Colt Single Action Army is carried by River Song (Alex Kingston) in “The Impossible Astronaut”, where she uses it to shoot at the Impossible Astronaut after it attacks The Doctor (Matt Smith). Several of the townspeople in "A Town Called Mercy" also carry variants of the SAA, most notably US Marshal Isaac (Ben Browder) and The Doctor (Matt Smith) himself.
Smith & Wesson Model 27
In “The Impossible Astronaut”, United States Secret Service agents circa 1969 carry the Smith & Wesson Model 27 as their sidearm. FBI agents are also seen carrying Model 27’s in “Day of the Moon”.
Colt Python Snubnose (Stainless)
Former FBI Agent Canton Everett Delaware III (Mark Sheppard) carries a nickel Colt Python snubnose, as his sidearm in “The Impossible Astronaut” and “Day of the Moon”. It is later used by Amy Pond (Karen Gillan) to shoot at the Impossible Astronaut. In some continuity errors in “Day of the Moon” it is occasionally replaced with a nickel Colt Detective Special.
Colt Detective Special
In a continuity error in “Day of the Moon”, Canton Everett Delaware III (Mark Sheppard)'s Colt Python is occasionally replaced with a nickel Colt Detective Special with black grips. In “The Angels Take Manhattan”, private detective Sam Garner (Rob David) draws a regular Detective Special as he is being pursued by the Weeping Angels.
Colt Official Police
In “Let's Kill Hitler”, Adolf Hitler (Albert Welling) uses a Colt Official Police to shoot at the Teselecta robot. The revolver is also handled by Rory Williams (Arthur Darvill), The Doctor (Matt Smith) and River Song (Alex Kingston) in the same episode. In “The Angels Take Manhattan”, a henchman working for River Song carries one when he kidnaps Rory Williams (Arthur Davrill). **Note that the presence of this revolver in Nazi Germany is an anachronism**
Webley Mk IV
In the alternate universe in “The Wedding of River Song”, Emperor Winston Churchill (Ian McNeice) arms himself with a Webley Mk IV for protection against The Silence.

Rifles
Karabiner 98k
In “Let’s Kill Hitler”, some Wermacht soldiers carry the Karabiner 98k as their primary weapon.
Submachine Guns
FN P90 (Modified)
Church Marines in “A Good Man Goes To War” carry modified FN P90’s as their primary weapons. Marines guarding Madam Kovarian have gunss fitted with extended stocks, rear pistol grips and bullpup magazines. Other Church Marines carry regular style modified FNP90's, which are later used by Cleric Lorna Bucket (Christina Chong), Madame Vastra (Neve McIntosh) and Jenny Flint (Catrin Stewart). Guards at the Stormcage Containment Facility are also seen briefly with them in the episode.
MP40
In “Let’s Kill Hitler”, some Wermacht soldiers carry the MP40 as their primary weapon. River Song (Alex Kingston) later commandeers a pair for herself. **Note that as the episode takes place in 1938, the appearance of the MP40 is either a minor anachronism or an attempt to imitate the earlier MP38**

GAU-5A/A
In “Day of the Moon”, USAF guards stationed at Area 51 circa 1969 are seen carrying GAU-5A/As as their primary weapons.
Heckler & Koch G36C
