Assault rifles

The military commandos who corner Michael Griffin are armed with Colt M4s. The security team who storm the shopping centre at the movie's climax also have such weapons.
Pistols
Glock 19
Detective Lisa Martinez carries a Glock 19 when she tries to apprehend Michael Griffin.

Beretta 92FS
Colonel Gavin Bishop is armed with a Beretta 92FS which he pulls out when Michael Griffin assaults him.
Ruger KP89
Reisner pulls out a Ruger KP89 when he chases after who he believes is Michael Griffin. He never physically fires it because the invisible man, actually Frank Turner, holds it on him after a struggle.
