RIN ~Daughters of Mnemosyne~ (2008)

RIN ~Daughters of Mnemosyne~ (expanded from the original Japanese title Mnemosyne) is a six episode anime series from Xebec and Ginco studios. The series is often mistaken for being an OVA due to its number of episodes and its explicitly violent and erotic content, but is in fact a television series made especially for AT-X, TV-Tokyo's satellite channel. The series was licensed and dubbed into English by Funimation Entertainment.

The following weapons were used in the anime series RIN ~Daughters of Mnemosyne~ :

Two fictional submachine gun designs are seen in the later half of the series. The first is in episode 4 (set in 2025) when a group of commandos raid the Asōgi Consulting office using a submachine gun reminiscent of the Heckler & Koch MP7. The second is in episode 5 (set in 2050) when Laura (disguised as Rin wearing a Santa outfit) ambushes Rin at her office with a submachine gun aesthetically similar to the CTAR-21.
