M1911A1
Many gangsters, particularly Chicago Outfit enforcer and boss Frank Nitti (Bruce Gordon) carry M1911A1 pistols. It is also the sidearm of choice for Fred Barker (Joe Di Reda) throughout "Ma Barker and Her Boys" (1.02).
Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless
A few Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless pistols are seen in arsenal of the Barker gang's Florida hideout in "Ma Barker and Her Boys" (1.02).
Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket
Eliot Ness (Robert Stack) gives Brandy LaFrance (Barbara Nichols) a Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket in "The Empty Chair" (1.01), which she keeps in her purse and later uses to defend herself.
Revolvers
Colt Official Police
The primary sidearm of The Untouchables is the Colt Official Police, chambered in .38 Special and carried in a shoulder holster. The Official Police is carried by Eliot Ness (Robert Stack), William Youngfellow (Abel Fernandez), and Martin Flaherty (Jerry Paris), among others. A Colt Official Police is also prominently featured in the show's opening credits. Several Official Police revolvers are also seen in the Barker gang's arsenal in "Ma Barker and Her Boys" (1.02), one of which was handled by Lloyd Barker (Adam Williams) when he hides during Ness' first visit to the Barker home.

"Dock" Barker (Peter Baldwin) is briefly seen with an anachronistic Colt Official Police Heavy Barrel revolver with a 4" barrel and ramped front sight in "Ma Barker and Her Boys" (1.03).

Gangsters and lawmen frequently use Smith & Wesson Model 10 revolvers. A Smith & Wesson is seen in the Barker gang's arsenal in "Ma Barker and Her Boys" (1.02).

During the gunfight in "Ma Barker and Her Boys" (1.02), the Thompson carried by "Untouchable" agent Martin Flaherty (Jerry Paris) alternates between a genuine M1921AC model and an obvious replica.

Winchester Model 1892
Several Florida state police officers accompanying The Untouchables against the Barker gang in "Ma Barker and Her Boys" (1.02) carry Winchester Model 1892 lever-action rifles.
Shotguns
Winchester Model 1897 Riot
The Untouchables often use Winchester Model 1897 shotguns with riot-length barrels during their many raids. Lloyd Barker (Adam Williams) hands one off to Fred Barker (Joe Di Reda) in "Ma Barker and Her Boys" (1.02).
Miscellaneous
Mk 2 hand grenade
Ma Barker (Claire Trevor) and Fred Barker (Joe Di Reda) both toss Mk 2 hand grenades at The Untouchables during the Florida gunfight in "Ma Barker and Her Boys" (1.02).
