A Remington 870 with a short barrel is used by a Bertenelli mob soldier, turned against his boss, at the end of "Legacy".

An AT4 is seen taken by Church's soldiers from police custody in "Penance", which is later used in "Human Target".

A FIM-43 Redeye is seen at the end of "The Recruits" in an arms cache. It's later recovered from police custody in "Penance".

M67 Frag Grenade
Dual M67s are used by one of Tobias Church's soldiers in "Penance".
Grenade Launchers
FN Mk 13 Mod 0
The FN Mk 13 Mod 0 is seen mounted on the SCAR-L Vigilante uses in "Vigilante".
M203
An M203 grenade launcher is seen mounted under M4A1s, used by Church's soldiers in "Human Target".
Others
Oneida Eagle Kestrel
The Oneida Eagle Kestrel is used by Oliver once again in the season. An alternate version of the Green Arrow via Diggle briefly uses it in a hallucination in "Invasion".
Recurve Bow
Thea returns as Speedy when she uses her recurve bow in "Legacy".
Evelyn Sharp aka Artemis uses a green recurve bow at her, first seen in "So It Begins".
Prometheus also uses his own recurve bow.
Talia Al Ghul (Lexa Doig) uses it during her time in Russia.
Custom Pistol
Diggle's custom pistol is used once again in Season 5 after he takes on the mantle of Spartan again after escaping from US Army MP custody.
Gun Store
A variety of small arms are seen on display at the gun store where Diggle, Rene and Curtis run a sting op in "Vigilante".
