The following weapons can be seen in the television series NCIS:
SIG-Sauer P228
Gibbs, DiNozzo, McGee, and Ziva all carry SIG-Sauer P228s, and it is the NCIS standard issue. Gibbs owns two of these pistols and spends more time than the rest cleaning them, and Ziva sleeps with hers in hand. They all carry them in paddle holsters, except in season one and two when DiNozzo used a Galco leather shoulder holster.
It should be noted that though NCIS changed their Issue firearm to the SIG P229, Agents already issued a P228 have the option of keeping it and Gibbs, DiNozzo, McGee, and Ziva still carry their 228s, as does FBI Agent Fornell.
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS appears as the issue sidearm of various military personel and in the hands of villians throughtout the series. Ziva fires one at a U.S. Marine base and claims to prefer the SIG. She also noted it the sighting was off a bit.
Beretta 92FS Inox
In one episode, an arms dealer is seen showing a Beretta 92FS Inox to a customer, stating it's "Homie's best friend 9mm, it's Italian, 15+1 in da tube".
Intratec TEC-DC9
In one episode, an arms dealer shows an Intratec TEC-DC9 to a client, saying "TEC-9, full auto, empty a clip in 4 seconds" and encourages him to fire it, the burst hitting the roof of the abandoned warehouse and causing the body of an already-slain Marine to fall through the skylight. It was also seen in the episode "Iced".
Browning Hi-Power
A Browning Hi-Power was seen and mentioned in the episode "Iced".
Glock 19
The Glock 19 appears being used by various characters, such as Mike Franks who rescued his daughter in law with it and it was later found in the glove compartment of his rental car and the bullets matched the ones at the scene. Former Director Jenny Sheapard also owned one however it is probably somewhere at the bottom of a bay currently.
M1911A1
Mike Franks uses an M1911A1 in the episodes "Jugdement Day" parts 1 and 2. He also uses one (possibly the same one) in the episode "Deliverance". It is also used by various other characters in the series.
Colt Combat Elite
In the episode "Chained", Tony uses a Colt Combat Elite to shoot a serial killer that was about to slit his throat with a kitchen knife.
Walther P5
Ari uses a Walther P5 equipped with a silencer in his first aperance. He shot Gerald and Gibbs with it.
Smith & Wesson Model 60
Both Ziva and Gibbs carry a Smith & Wesson Model 60 as their backup guns, DiNozzo using one as his jogging gun. It is also used by Mcgee, a stalker and several bad guys. Ziva carries hers in an ankle holster and once dual wielded it along with her sig to take out two bad guys.
Walther P99 Compact
Director Sheppard uses a Walther P99 compact in her final gunfight. It should be noted it was a throwaway gun.
Smith & Wesson Model 66
A Smith & Wesson Model 66 appears being used by the "He/she" to kill Pacci. Gibbs reffered to it as being "small, and easy to conceal".
Desert Eagle
In one episode, a gunman opens fire on Jimmy with a Desert Eagle sporting a stainless steel finish. -I actually think it is a Jericho.
Kahr K9
In the episode "Untouchable", a villain uses a Kahr K9 to kill a woman suspected of being a mole.
Smith & Wesson Model 10
A Smith & Wesson Model 10 is used by a senators wife to kill a Navy Lt. whom her husband was having an affair with.
Walther PPK
Col. Will Ryan, Gibbs former CO, owns and uses a Walther PPK.
Smith & Wesson Model 37
A Smith & Wesson Model 37 Airweight, an "Evil gun" as described by Abby who was convinced it was possessed, was used to kill a bully on a Navy base. Its Background showed it had an extremely violent history including, 2 convience store holdups, and each time it changed hands it was used to commit a different crime.
Ruger P95
It was used by Mike to kill an arms dealer that in his own words was a "scary Son of a gun" that kept him awake for 15 years.
Smith & Wesson Model 686
A Smith & Wesson Model 686 owned and almost used by a club owner.
Glock 21
Seen Season 6 episode 20 "Dead Reckoning". Trent Kort uses a Glock 21 In the begining of the episode to kill two terrorist who are shooting at him. After they are dead he picks up the dead guy's Smith and Wesson Tactical 9x19mm and wipes his Glock 21 for prints and puts it the hands of the dead terrorist.
IMI Mini Uzi
Heckler & Koch MP5K
In the pilot episode, a would-be killer takes a Heckler & Koch MP5K from Air Force One's Gun rack.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
In the episode where Gibbs goes undercover as an arms dealer, a Heckler & Koch MP5A3 is among the weapons seen. Also used by SWAT teams.
Skorpion SA Vz.61
Used by a bad guy in a recent episode.
M4A1 Carbine
The M4A1 carbine can be seen used by various Military personnel and villains throughout the series.
M16A1 Rifle
AK-47
In the episode "Twilight", several terrorists can be seen using AK-47's to fire at Gibbs and the team to no avail. The weapon is also used by various other villains in the series.
Bravo 51
The Bravo 51 was used by Ari Haswari to kill Kate in the last episode of season 2, "Twilight". It is mentioned as the Bravo 51 in the first two episodes of season 3, "Kill Ari Part 1" and "Kill Ari Part 2". The Bravo 51 is sometimes referred to as a 'Kate'.
M40A1 Sniper Rifle
An M40A1 sniper rifle appears in the episodes "Kill Ari Part 1" and "Kill Ari Part 2". It is the rifle used by Gibbs in his Marine days and he now keeps it in a case in his Basement.
Barret M82
Tango 51
Seen in "Kill Ari part 1".
Accuracy International L96A1
Remington 870
A Remington 870 shotgun appears being used by Gibbs and the rest of the team when hunting a fugitive in the woods. It was also used by Kate in the episode "Twilight" to kill several terrorists before running out of ammo and tossing it to take a bullet for Gibbs. She also used it to wound a suspect that took her SIG in the episode "UnSealed".
Mossberg 590
Used by varius Characters.
Benelli M3
Col. Mann used a Benelli M3 Super 90 in one episode.
M60E3 Machine Gun
In the episode where is Gibbs under cover as an arms dealer, several M60E3 machine guns can be seen, Gibbs bringing them to make a sale, however the ones he brought to 'sell' didn't have firing pins.
Blaser 93 Sniper Rifle
In the episode "One Shot, One kill", the sniper can be seen armed with a Blaser 93 sniper rifle, equipped with a bipod and custom muzzle brake.
Winchester 1873
In one episode, Gibbs uses a peep sight-equipped lever-action rifle to shoot down a chopper. The only clues to its' identity being when the local sheriff says for Gibbs to "grab the Henry". It was actually a winchester 73 with a peep sight.
