Flawless (1999)

Flawless is a 1999 comedy drama written and directed by Joel Schumacher and stars Robert De Niro as Walter Koontz, a decorated NYPD officer who finds himself suffering a debilitating stroke that leaves him partially paralyzed and with a speech impediment. Walter then seeks the help of Rusty (Philip Seymour Hoffman), a drag queen, to develop his way to overcome his communication problems.
