Roddy Piper (born Roderick George Toombs) was perhaps best known to most for his time as a professional wrestler under the name "Rowdy" Roddy Piper for the World Wrestling Federation. To film audiences, he gained the most notice for his role as Nada in the 1988 John Carpenter-directed film They Live.
He died from cardiac arrest on July 31, 2015.
