The Losers is a 2010 action film based on the DC Vertigo comic and stars Jeffrey Dean Morgan as the leader of a Special Forces team who, after they are assumed killed in a botched mission, are determined to root out the CIA operative who betrayed them.
The following weapons were used in the film The Losers:
Wade (Holt McCallany) carries a Colt XSE, fitted with Pachmayr grips. The pistol also is seen in the hands of Max (Jason Patric). Roque (Idris Elba) uses one during the harbor shootout.
One of the handguns that Aisha (Zoe Saldana) uses is a Beretta 92FS. Security guards at Goliath Industries and Cryon Security Contractors also use Beretta 92FS pistols. Pooch and Jensen also use them during the harbor shootout.
A Desert Eagle is the main sidearm of Roque (Idris Elba). Judging by the pictures below, Roque's Desert Eagle switches between a two-tone version with a silver frame, and an all-black version.

This is the version of the Desert Eagle popularized by The Matrix, and the most common in current movies and TV shows.Error creating thumbnail: File missingThe Desert Eagle (circled in blue) lying on the crate during the blind man's bluff game in the beginning. This is a two-tone model with a silver frame (NOTE: this is not Roque's. pooch makes a bet, using this gun)Error creating thumbnail: File missingRoque (Idris Elba) loads the Desert Eagle. In this shot the frame appears to be black.
Taurus 44
A Taurus 44 is one of the guns that are bet when the Losers play cards at the beginning of the film.
The Taurus 44 is a .44 magnum 6 shooter, while the Taurus 608 is a .357 magnum 8 shot revolver, built on the same frame as the 44. It's a large-framed revolver and can be easily mistaken for the more well-known Taurus Raging Bull. As can be seen in the screenshots below the extra cylinder locking catch of the Raging Bull isn't visible, the barrel profile is different (the Raging Bull has a tear drop profile) and the vents of the Raging Bull are not present. On top of that, it can clearly be seen that the words "Raging Bull" are not present on the barrel.
A Remington 870 shotgun fitted with a pistol grip, breaching muzzle, and saddle shell holder is used by Pooch (Columbus Short) during the harbor shootout.

Note that this MP7A1 is clearly a fake one, the stock arms are slightly bent, the flash hider looks strange, the top rail hasn't slots... and the trigger is missing!
Sniper Rifles
Knight's Armament SR-25
A Knight's Armament SR-25 is the main sniper weapon of Cougar (Óscar Jaenada). He later uses another SR-25 equipped with a PRS stock after getting back to the US.
The M4A1 carbine is carried by various members of the Losers including Jensen (Chris Evans), Pooch (Columbus Short), Roque (Idris Elba) and Clay (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) throughout the movie kitted out with different attachments depending on the mission. Several of Max's guards in the convoy also are armed with M4A1s.
When the team inspects the wreckage of a helicopter in Bolivia, some of the team's M4's appear to have changed to different models of the similar looking Heckler & Koch HK416.
Some of the Cryon contractors protecting Max's convoy in Miami are armed with Heckler & Koch G36K rifles with top rails and foregrips. This is also the gun Clay uses in his confrontation with Max.
Other members of Max's protection force are seen defending the convoy with Knight's Armament SR-15 E3 IWS rifles.

AKM
The soldiers of Bolivian drug lord Fadhil (Peter Francis James) are armed with AKM assault rifles.
Clay (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) uses an RM Equipment M203PI grenade launcher in astandalone "Tactical Mounting System" stock with an M203 grip and C-More red-dot sight to fire a tear gas grenade during the ambush of Max's convoy.
Aisha fires an M136 AT4 from the hip, which is NO way to handle it. However, as Jensen notes, it makes Aisha look like "one bad-ass chick". The AT4 also appears to launch an exposed warhead.
