A full-size SIG-Sauer P320 continues to be the sidearm carried by Special Agent Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton). Jane Doe (Jaimie Alexander) uses the pistol on occasion. Roman uses a P320 in a continuity error, having earlier handled a Glock 17.

The SIG-Sauer P226 appears to be used by other FBI agents on Weller's team.

A SIG-Sauer P229R is seen being used with Jane, which was handed to her by Roman in "Heroes Fear Imminent Rot" (S02E03).

The Glock 17 is seen with FBI agents and NYPD officers as their main sidearm. A Glock 17 is also used by Roman (Luke Mitchell) in the Season 2 premiere "In Night So Ransomed Rogue" (S2E01). Roman handles a Glock 17 in "Heroes Fear Imminent Rot" (S02E03), though a continuity error later replaces it with a SIG-Sauer P320.
Glock 19
A Glock 19 is used by Jane, first used in "Heave Fiery Knot" (S2E02) after she's activated as a FBI mole to Sandstorm.
Glock 26
