MacGyver is the 2016 television "reboot" of the popular 1980's ABC adventure television series that starred Richard Dean Anderson. In the reboot, Lucas Till stars as the titular character, who works for a secret US government organization to solve problems using ordinary everyday items. The series, which premiered in the US on CBS in 2016, is being produced by Peter M. Lenkov, who also helped launch the 2010 remake of the series Hawaii Five-0. The cast includes George Eads and Sandrine Holt.
