The FIM-92A 'Stinger' maneuver is when you take your pinky and ring fingers and hold them together, while curling your middle finger back and holding it with your thumb while also sticking your index finger out. This is so you can "sting" your woman by shoving the two smaller fingers up her ass while you poke the index in her spice.
