V for Vendetta is a 2006 thriller-action film about a mysterious freedom fighter called V in a dystopian future set in Britain. Directed by James McTeigue (Ninja Assassin), the film stars Natalie Portman, John Hurt, Stephen Rea, and Hugo Weaving as the masked vigilante V.

Heckler & Koch USP Compact
Detective Sergeant Dominic Stone (Rupert Graves) and Detective Chief Inspector Eric Finch (Stephen Rea) carry the Heckler & Koch USP Compact as their chief sidearms throughout the film. Stone's USP Compact has a stainless slide. Stone can most notably be seen wielding his sidearm when he tries to apprehend V in the Jordan Tower. Finch wields his USP Compact most notably during the climax.
Beretta 1919
Bishop Lilliman (John Standing) keeps a customized Beretta 1919 hidden inside a cut out of his bible. It has been gold plated and engraved. He pulls it to try and kill V (Hugo Weaving) when he comes to visit him.
Smith & Wesson Model 686
Norsefire party leader Peter Creedy (aka "The Finger") (Tim Pigott-Smith) uses a stainless Smith & Wesson Model 686 revolver as his sidearm. He can be seen using it during the climax subway scene.

Fingermen can be seen wielding Heckler & Koch MP5A3 submachine guns during several flashbacks. They are also seen in the van and in the hands on Fingermen when the government prepares to control the V riots. One is also seen slung over a dummy at one point in the film.

Fingermen can also be seen wielding Heckler & Koch MP5K submachine guns when Fingermen are preparing to control the V riots. A Fingerman can also be seen firing an MP5K fitted with a 15-round magazine during the subway scene.

Heckler & Koch G36V
The Heckler & Koch G36V assault rifle can be seen wielded by the British Army as their primary weapons in the film. The soldiers most notably wields the G36's when they are facing the V / civil rebellion.

The Colt M4A1 Carbine can be seen in the hands of the guards at the Larkhill Detention Facility.
Shotguns
Mossberg 500
Several Mossberg 500 shotguns can be seen in a gun rack in one of the Fingermen's van. Also, during a sequence showing Gordon Dietrich's (Stephen Fry) comedy show on the BTN, actors playing British Army soldiers aim Mossberg 500 shotguns at the audience.
