Smith & Wesson Model 10
When Sir Henry Angkatell (Edward Hardwicke) takes the guests for "a spot of target practice" on his home shooting range, he allows Edward Angkatell (Jamie de Courcey), Henrietta Savernake (Megan Dodds), Gerda Christow (Claire Price), and Lucy Angkatell (Sarah Miles) to fire a Smith & Wesson Model 10 revolver.
Colt Official Police
Gerda Christow (Claire Price) is found by the pool with a Colt Official Police in her hand, which Henrietta (Megan Dodds) abruptly takes from her and tosses into the pool. It is later recovered and presented to Sir Henry (Edward Hardwicke), who inspects it and confirms that it comes from his collection, where he had it labeled as a "Colt .38."
Mauser 1910
Sir Henry (Edward Hardwicke) also has a Mauser 1910 Pocket Pistol in his collection that his butler Gudgeon (Edward Fox) had supposedly polished on the day of the murder. "But that is not a revolver, that is an automatic pistol," as Poirot corrects Gudgeon during the investigation. Lucy Angkatell (Sarah Miles) identifies it properly as "the Mauser .25."
Smith & Wesson 4th Model
Hercule Poirot (David Suchet) finds a nickel Smith & Wesson 4th Model revolver inside a horse sculpture. After the murder, Sir Henry reports that the gun missing from his collection is "a .38 Smith & Wesson" and its holster, taken by Gerda Christow (Claire Price).
Sir Henry's Gun Collection
Sir Henry (Edward Hardwicke) has a collection of handguns at his home which includes a Colt 1860 Army (mislabeled as a ".44 Navy Colt"), a Mauser C96, a Parker of London "1840 Belt Pistol", and a number of Smith & Wesson revolvers and holsters.
