The Orphans (Подранки; Podranki lit. Wounded Game) is a 1976 Soviet drama directed by Nikolay Gubenko.

Young Aleksey Bartenev (Aleksei Cherstvov) and other orphans trained to blind assembling the Mosin Nagant Rifles. One can be seen in the hands of Voenruk (military instructor) Vladimir Gromov (Rolan Bykov).
